The first time I was “wrongfully” arrested happened just over 3 years ago when me and my friend Joe crossed Canada/US on our way to Wisconsin.

Seems there’s a warrant out for someone with that name in the U.S. I’ve been told that’s the only reason for the SWAT style takedowns.

Seems a bit extreme when that’s the only thing we have in common.

To this day this has happened 3 more times and customs strongly suggests I call ahead every time I want to visit the U.S. I wonder who this infamous “Carlos Pacheco” is and what he’s done.

Once in a while I get pinged with a random piece of news on a CP arrest which raises my hopes that my days in handcuffs are over. I thought I’d share online, hopefully you know who he is.

This fine-looking soul patched “Carlos Pacheco” was arrested in Salt Lake City, Utah. Mr. Pacheco is charged with aggravated assault, criminal mischief, domestic violence in presence of child, no drivers license and failure to appear in court. A real winner! See mom? I didn’t do that bad!
