The first trailer for the Jackie Robinson bio pic “42” is out which stars Harrison Ford who’s looking really old as Dodger’s GM Branch Rickey. Robinson is famous for breaking baseball’s color barrier in the MLB and by signing the great Number 42.

Obviously a lot of attention goes to the Brooklyn Dodgers but I’m particularly proud that my city played a part in Jackie’s career.  In 1946,  Jackie broke the colour barrier in the minor league clubs when while playing for the Montreal Royals.
