Mass Haka War Dance by the New Zealand Defence Force

Reading time: 1 min

First time I saw or even heard about the Haka War dance was a few years ago when I watched Clint Eastwood’s Invictus movie which was set around the 1995 Rugby World Cub and had a few scenes with New Zealand’s All  I witnessed the All Black team from NZ doing it.

The Haka is traditional war cry and dance from the Māori people of New Zealand. I the video we see the New Zealand Defence Forces perform the dance in homage a fellow warrior who fell in battle.

Very powerful to watch, I had chills all the way through.
